QUANTITIES:
There is no minimum order requirement
PRODUCTION:
We only start production with an official purchase order and after written approval of any proofs
DELIVERY:
Your order will be dispatched once any custom garment decoration has been completed. You will receive a notification once the order has been dispatched.
From receipt of official purchase order, within 10 working days for embroidered goods
From receipt of official purchase order, within 3 working days for plain goods
CARRIAGE:
Flat fee of £10 for all UK orders
RETURNS:
No goods can be returned more than 2 weeks from the date of despatch and must be returned un-worn, tagged and bagged as delivered.
Embroidered, printed and altered items cannot be returned unless found faulty
CANCELLED ORDERS:
There is a handling charge for cancelled orders together with the cost of any items already embroidered
